What's a quick fix for dry skin?

My skin is normally combo/oily with mild acne.  I recently tried Josie Maran Argan Oil and it dried out my skin big time.  Now it's tight, flaky and I can see lines that weren't there before.  Can anyone suggest something that will quickly help get my skin back to normal? My skin normally isn't the greatest but I'd rather have it back to the way it was than have this mess.

I suggest the Korres Sleeping facial.

This product is my holy grail. My skin is normal/combination and it has really transformed my complexion. It is very hydrating, but not at all oily. Users report it is good as a spot treatment, too. I've gifted this to several friends, with assorted skin types and regimes, and they all have reported back that they love it! Somewhat pricey, but you will be surprised how little it takes to cover your entire face and neck. Definitely worth at least trying a sample of this great product.

I got a rash from the argan oil & I've been using it on my hair & hands for years.

Ole Henriksen blue black berry mask

And I heard FAB ultra repair cream is great for dry patches. I've only used it on my hands and liked the results.
