what should be my skincare routine for dry/acne prone skin???

HELP???? i used to hav ugly acne and oily skin......sooooo i finally talked my mom to take me to the good old dermo, well its a 50/50 eprience for me becuzz i no longerget breakouts and i no longer have oily skin......but ofcourse lucky me i got sever dry patchy skin....along with using a mousterizer(aveeno natural) and stop using my medication (veltin) i still have very dry skin!!! any suggetions????

 ps....my cleanser is cetaphil,mousterizer is aveeno,toner is sea beeze...and occsionally a homade scrub with brown suger and olive oil....also it is sumer in california and my nose is very sunburned even hough i use a lot of sunblock

try the clinique mosture surge..its the best thing ever it doesnt stay on ur skin like most moisturizers and its clear and its not thick and heavy it will deff work !
