Winter Time Skin Trauma!

/on Hey Everyone! So my skin is really sensitive and dry in the winter and I usually just apply moisturizer around my nose because that's where my skin gets really flaky and dry. But over the past few weeks my skin has been getting flakier around my whole face! Its quite strange and uncommon for me because I also have oily skin as well. Do you have any recommendations that could help my dry skin problem that wouldn't irritate even more?! Thank you!
