You should try incoperating an exfoliant into your routine. I like Perricone MD's Cleansing Treatment Bar. I have dry, sensitive skin and normally can't exfoliate on a regular basis because of how harsh exfoliants can be. This bar is very gentle and effective. I now use it every morning and flaking is no longer an issue.
