unsuccessful authorization

My order status says its unsuccessful authorization. everything is correct. what do i do to correct this.

I experienced the same thing my order says unsuccessful authorisation 😭😭

Good luck I spent 248.99$ on products which i bought through my existing paypal account so all the information has to be correct. They didn't give me an answer as to why it happened, they just said that it was a mistake on their part and that they can give me my money back within the next month.

To summarize Im out 248.99$ with no refund receipt or any specific validation as to when or if ill receive it. 

Thank you Sephora.
