unsuccessful authorization

I placed an order on 1/1 and found out that my order has been cancelled because of unsuccessful authorization. So I order them again on 1/4, but the problem wasn't solved. It also has been cancelled. 

what's wrong? 

I'm worried if I can't get my money back on those orders.
