timed out session

I was logged into both the main Sephora.com page and also the Beauty Talk section.  I replied to a post, within the Beauty Talk section.  When I tried to click "post" the screen said, timed out session.  Then I was asked to log in (forced to leave the page).  I logged in and moved back to the screen I was typing on.  I found that all of the information I typed was gone. 

Is there something that can be done to solve this issue?

I had the same problem with timing out of the sessions, in fact, it just happened to me again a little while ago. I was using the tablet since my son occupies my laptop during daylight hours.
Ran8 is awesome about helping out with these technical issues.

I also realized that before you post messages, you can push CTRl A to select all, then CTRL C to copy prior to pushing the post link, that way if you were timed out, you can log right back and put cursor in the box and CTRL V to paste the same message and then post. I hope the info helps :-)
