"Exclusive VIB Rouge 10% Off Code" sent to me, but it says I redeemed it?

About a week and a half ago I got an email with an "Exclusive" 10% off code that said it was valid from that date (just before VIB started) through May 19th. I haven't used it because Spring Sale and all.

 

A few items popped back up in stock that I would like to get now, and I went to use it. And it's saying I redeemed it already. I have not used this code at all, and I haven't been to a store to use it yet either.

 

Since it's tied to my email address, I checked my online account for purchases that might not be mine, and so far I am not spotting anything I don't recognize.

 

How do I get that rectified?
