Why cant store credit be used online ? I dont understand, the money goes to Sephora regardless, and there are so many items that are online only. I know i cant be the only one that hates this, it makes me sooo mad becuase i hate going to store when i can place orders online from home. but then if i ever return something without a receipt i get stuck with store credit that just sits in my wallet forever. is sephora ever gonna change this ??
I just signed up for a Sephora account and it shows that I have 0 points. I have a physical Beauty Insider card with points, but there's no way for me to merge my card with my online acct. Is there a way to do this?
Hi. I recently reached the the VIB ROUGE status at a sephora store.. I was only given the VIB ROUGE red card... I thought that you get a vib rouge kit with a free bite lipstick.... was that for a limited time only?

I bought an item online but i misplaced the shipping invoice. I have previously returned an item that i bought online to a store just using my order printout from my profile, and i had no trouble in getting money put back onto my card. I tried recently to do so and they said I couldn't return the item because the invoice i printed out from my profile didn't have a bar code, and that i could only get store credit. So my question is, did the previous associate give me a refund when they weren't supposed to, or should i be able to get my money back as long as i have the printed invoice from my account?
Heya, I just went to Sephora to return a product worth $24 and then bought a Dior lip maximizer ($37) & a daily makeup brush cleaner ($10). After returning the product, this came to $24.15. I mentioned my beauty insider account but I don't think she got it as there are no points added. Any way I can still get it? I'm so close to VIB!
I recently bought the Clinique rinse off foaming cleanser. I used it twice and it made me break out and gave me an incredibly dry skin. Even though I used it twice and I don't have a receipt, can I still return it?

When will this color be available on the website again? Is it discontinued? Are stores still receiving stock of the item? When the line relaunches, will this color be included? Thanks!
I had some really great service today, and the cute associate gave me a slip of paper with the website where I could basically review her as an associate, saying that she made recommendations, gave me a sample, etc. The sad thing is, I have misplaced the slip with the website on it. Can someone please put me in the right direction? The associate was so fantastic, and I want to give her credit!
I have a package from Sephora coming tomorrow! Unfortunately, I will be busy with my studies and I will not be home. My grandmother may open the door and I panicked today at the thought that she may have to pay my Courier Duty Fees? (Is that what they are called?) This package was paid by my friend and he ordered online for me off of the Sephora Canadian website and he paid the amount + shipping + duty fees. I was wondering, will I have to pay more fees at the door? Or am I good to go? *The courier is Canada Post I believe, I was tracking my package *How much extra would I have to pay?
i don't have a credit card or an atm card so unfortunately i can't shop online easily. whenever i go to my preferred Sephora store, they always seem to have a 500 point perk that's all skincare. does this vary from one store to another? is there a way to know when they change them up? thank you!
i was just checking out the 500 point perk and i noticed it was repeated 3 times in less than two weeks last week it went from the previous Lancome point perk and about 2 days later the Laura Mercier one and now again there is another repeat i was just wondering if that was meant to happen or if it's just something going on with the online point perk?
Just received my package from Sephora today only to see that I didn't get any of the 3 samples that I selected and was looking forward to receiving. What's up with that? I was really excited to see fun new samples like the Boscia, GlamGlow, and Origins ones that I selected, all three of which were still available online for a while after my order shipped. As a rouge member since it launched, I think it is reasonable to expect to get the samples I selected at least, if not an extra as well. Instead I ended up with 3 of the same perfume samples that they constantly give out I know this is a small thing to complain about and maybe I'm being unreasonable but it would be nice if they gave us the samples we selected, otherwise there is no point in even giving us an option!
I recently wrote several reviews on products that I've tried recently, and I noticed that one of them has been removed. It was a review that I wrote for the Philosophy Hope In a Jar Tinted Moisturizer. I know that it can take up to a couple of days to post on the website, but I saw my review get posted and now it's gone. In the review, I gave it 3 stars and mentioned a few reasons why I didn't care for this product, and the fact that I prefer the Laura Mercier tinted moisturizer over Philosophy. I didn't mention any products that sephora does not carry. Why was my review removed? This makes me question the integrity of the reviews and star ratings.
