I made 2 orders last 12/05/13 and contacted Sephora FB team asking about the tracking information on my orders. I was informed that my orders reached the border facility on 12/09/13. However, I don't see these updates at all when I check on the order status link! Can someone please help me as I'm getting anxious about my orders since I've encountered a disappointing transaction from my previous Sephora order Thank you!!

In emails said that because you are unable to confirm payment information.
I don't know why, I use the same information as I ordered last time which is my first order with Sephora and already completed.
I only change the last name of shipping address, but all others information is the same. Why???
I tried to place some orders again, but cancel emails were arrived within 20 minutes after I placed orders again!
What should I do? I'm not located in us now.
And what about my money which already paid for all cancelled orders.
Please help me, I want my makeup T______________T

For some reason, I have three Sephora accounts, two of which I use and have points on. When I first signed up, I used my old email. Then I lost the card and the lady at the store at that time just helped me set up a new account with my new e-mail address, but I think she might have typed in the wrong email address, as I can't login to that account online. I do have the card for this account, but I can't use it for online shopping, etc.. So that makes two accounts I use, one as a beauty insider, and one as a VIB. I use my old account when I forget my card for the "new" account at home. When I recently went to Sephora, I was upgraded to VIB, and I got a VIB card for my OLD account, the one that didn't have a card. So I now have two cards/accounts, beauty insider and VIB. Is there a way for me to find out what email address is used to the beauty insider card (and change it), and possibly link it to the VIB one? I tried today to sign up with my new CORRECT email address and see if I could link that one to one of the accounts, but I couldn't. So now I'm left with two accounts with points on with one old email address, and one unknown email address, and one account with nothing on it, but with the email I want to use for my two other accounts. Could someone pretty please help me if any of that made sense? :-) I don't know any easier way to explain this chaotic mess, hehe.
I got the 500 point Stila set, but the eyeliner I received is broken! It won't twist out the rest of the lead, so I ended up using it about 3 times and that was it. I've never returned or exchanged any items (pretty happy about almost all of my purchases) so I have no idea what Sephora's return/exchange policy is. Can I exchange an item I got for free?
I am in the UK and have family in the US who will ship to me. When i buy on Sephora will i get charged the amount in dollars or pounds. For example a product is 50 dollars but in England that mean around 30 pounds? PLEASE HELP XX
A number of years ago, Sephora.com had a feature that enabled users to prepare a wish list or registry. It was very helpful when family members asked what I wanted for the holidays. Is this feature still available? I am located in the US. The link in the answer below takes me to a page with items listed in Canadian dollars.
Is anyone else having problems with Sephora's website? I can log on and see the main page, but if I click on any link the top of the page loads and that's about it. I sent a few emails to customer service and the response I received was to call to place my order... The problem is I can't get an order ready because I can't browse the site!! Am I the only person with this issue? Can anyone help me please?? Thanks
I have been dying for the Laura Mercier Artist Palette. I called in to have it held at my local sephora and ended up having to call one a little further away, but not too far. I was told it would be on hold for 24 hours. However, due to work commitments, I won't be able to make it there until this Saturday. Can I ask them to hold it until then, or will they say no? Hi! I was wondering about VIB Rouge status updating. I should have ordered/bought enough this year for me to have VIB Rouge status, but it says that I still need $117. I read that Sephora has been behind updating since VIBtopia, but it has been a couple weeks already. I just want to know how far I am from getting VIB Rouge, so I can plan my shopping. =) Thanks!
I've called Customer Service several times but they still have not been able to help me. I have hit Rouge and yet my account says I have to spend $173 to hit rouge. I understand that online orders take time to update but that amount isn't even correct; if anything it should say $43. Please help!
I placed an order the other day but when I went to look at the order detail page, there were some items that appeared permanently out of stock. Does that mean I wont be receiving them? I really wanted the VIB tote....
Ok so i received my card for the sale in the mail and till today, i still have NOT received an email. I called on the 6th and was told i would get it on the 7th but still no email. Im glad i did receive it in mail or i would be SOL. Now my main issue: Im trying to send the friend to to my friend's email but im getting an error message saying: "Sorry, you are not registered as a VIB in this system.Please check your Beauty Insider status." Ive been VIB for months and im actually rouge now but the system isnt updating(another issue) so i dont get why the system is telling me im not registered as a VIB. Im guessing its not registering my email which is why i never received the email for the sale and now cant send a code to my friend. I called and the lady tells me that im not VIB. I am VIB. She didnt bother to get my info before telling me that. Then she says whoever im sending the code to has to be VIB. Nooo. Then she asks for my info and tells me to go in store with the person. I would if i could but she lives in another states. This is really inconvenient and im very frustrated with this whole process. :-/ Can someone help? called CS and the 1st lady was not helpful. Called back and the 2nd lady said its a known issue and to try again tomorrow. then she gave me 25 measly points. this is really frustrating in addition to not receiving the sale email and the website triple charging my card :-/

Have I been left in the dust if I'm a VIB and have not received the Nov. 20% off email/snail mail that I've heard so much about? If Sephora somehow forgot to send it to me should I contact customer service or is it too late/pushy?
Only four of the five colors were added on the site on November 1st when the color collection launched on Sephora. Some have reported that there's a Last Tango tester in some stores. Really hoping to pick this up come Thursday.

1. If I wanted to return something I bought in a store, would the product have to be in the same box/ packaging that I bought it in? (like how perfumes bottles come in a box). 2.Could I return an item (ordered online) with an printed order summary from my account instead of the one that was shipped to me? 3. Could I return products I bought online to a store so an employee could ship it for me? (similar to what nordstrom does for online orders).
…it is flawed! The surrounding metallic wave pattern is actually missing at the top, above the Ariel/Eric silhouette. It is not just missing with straight edges, it is like someone took a sponge and dabbed off a patch. I am so upset! I love the compact, but it really bothers me that there is basically a 1/2"x1/4" patch missing from the circular border RIGHT AT THE TOP. Since it is out of stock, I doubt that I will be able to exchange it. I am not sure what to do, part of me wants to keep the compact, but I am steamed that I paid full price (AND shipping) for an imperfect product. Any ideas/suggestions?
