I recently participated in the triple points extravaganza (for fragrances only) and bought a fragrance I would like to exchange. If I do that, will I lose my points, especially if I decide to buy something other than perfume? TIA
I got an email for 3 free deluxe beauty samples with any order, but when I tried to add it to my cart it said I need to spend at least $35 to get the offer. So, I added some more things to my basket and brought my total up to $41, it still keeps saying that I need to spend $35 though. Is anyone else having problems with this offer?
Bought a new product and it hasn't shown up in my purchases on my beauty insider card, but my free birthday gift has. Also if I don't have a receipt for an item, and it is on my beauty insider card, can I use that as receipt method to return? Or will I receive store credit. This product has created a breakout on my skin.
Smashbox makes a shade in their Be Legendary Lipstick called CHAI. Every place has discontinued it except for Sephora. Is this something that will be only available to Sephora online in the future or is the shade eventually going to be discontinued here also? Just wondering because if it is going to be discontinued I will stock up.

I obtained VIB Rouge status in December, but have not received my welcome kit. I was in a Sephora store today, but was not offered the kit. I looked at my available offers online and also do not see the welcome kit as an option. I am wondering how I can go about getting my welcome kit. Thanks for any help!
My boyfriend bought me a $100 gift card to sephora off of amazon. Today I decided to use it and when i got to checkout I entered in the card number and pin and it said this card already exists!! I did it like ten more times and it kept telling me the same thing. I feel terrible that his money got wasted. Please help me.

Hiyas! I browsed some of the older queries, but I am hoping to get a current consensus. I very rarely will return used products, I usually just cut my losses. But in this case I am trying to decide return / exchange for another product or pitch it and move on. It applies so dryly! Even on exfoliated lips. If I apply over balm, what's the point? Okay, so my last purchase got me VIB status!(which im excited about, and ashamed of at the money I spent) Back to topic, It offered me 10% off,but it being a small purchase I decided to be a savvy shopper and use it for a more expensive purchase. Only now I have no clue how to apply it! I went to the last step of ordering hoping it would automatically apply my discount but it didn't! I live near Chicago where the temperature is -17, -45 with wind chill. I happened to get my package today and brought it inside to discover that my Clinique Moisture Surge Moisturizer, Bobbi Brown BB Cream, and Samples (concealers & primer) are all frozen solid. I was wondering if they will be okay to use and if they will have the same results if I let them thaw overnight, or if it is best to exchange them before use. Thanks!
