I got an email for 3 free deluxe beauty samples with any order, but when I tried to add it to my cart it said I need to spend at least $35 to get the offer. So, I added some more things to my basket and brought my total up to $41, it still keeps saying that I need to spend $35 though. Is anyone else having problems with this offer?
I recently participated in the triple points extravaganza (for fragrances only) and bought a fragrance I would like to exchange. If I do that, will I lose my points, especially if I decide to buy something other than perfume? TIA

Also if I don't have a receipt for an item, and it is on my beauty insider card, can I use that as receipt method to return? Or will I receive store credit. This product has created a breakout on my skin.
Smashbox makes a shade in their Be Legendary Lipstick called CHAI. Every place has discontinued it except for Sephora. Is this something that will be only available to Sephora online in the future or is the shade eventually going to be discontinued here also? Just wondering because if it is going to be discontinued I will stock up.
I recently wrote several reviews on products that I've tried recently, and I noticed that one of them has been removed. It was a review that I wrote for the Philosophy Hope In a Jar Tinted Moisturizer. I know that it can take up to a couple of days to post on the website, but I saw my review get posted and now it's gone. In the review, I gave it 3 stars and mentioned a few reasons why I didn't care for this product, and the fact that I prefer the Laura Mercier tinted moisturizer over Philosophy. I didn't mention any products that sephora does not carry. Why was my review removed? This makes me question the integrity of the reviews and star ratings.

Why cant store credit be used online ? I dont understand, the money goes to Sephora regardless, and there are so many items that are online only. I know i cant be the only one that hates this, it makes me sooo mad becuase i hate going to store when i can place orders online from home. but then if i ever return something without a receipt i get stuck with store credit that just sits in my wallet forever. is sephora ever gonna change this ??
I obtained VIB Rouge status in December, but have not received my welcome kit. I was in a Sephora store today, but was not offered the kit. I looked at my available offers online and also do not see the welcome kit as an option. I am wondering how I can go about getting my welcome kit. Thanks for any help!
I've tried several different times to purchase several different items that are on sale . Each time, I get the same outcome... as soon as I add the item (s) to the cart , they revert back to the full price . I emailed customer service, and their only bit of help was to call them. i called and that was a waste of time, they didnt even know what to do. i keep hoping that the glitches on this site would get fixed. im very disappointed!
As the title states, I'm not getting any emails. I have it enabled on my settings, but I get 0 emails for gifts/promotions. I even missed out on 20% off codes because I don't get email about it. Can someone please help fix this??
My boyfriend bought me a $100 gift card to sephora off of amazon. Today I decided to use it and when i got to checkout I entered in the card number and pin and it said this card already exists!! I bought two items from sephora online and after i received them i didn't really like it. I returned both items by mail and after couple weeks ago i received an email saying that they only refund me the amount of only one item. I want to know why i wasn't refunded for both items and how do i get to be refunded for both items
