The job description is pretty brief and I was wondering if any of you ladies had any additional information as to what this position consists of. Full/part time? Are benefits available? So I have the Sephora app and I have an account where I put things on my shopping list and ya know whatever. Then today I made my first purchase of $50 so I should get 50 points because in the store I signed up for a card but I accidentally gave them an old email that I read deleted not the one I have under my Sephora account. So I tried to make an account under that email in an attempt to get the points. It told me that it was already registered and I confirmed it with my birthday and it logged in I guess, but still said 0 points I don't understand where my points are
Can I return a makeup pallete I bought online from Sephora to a Sephora store or counter? Will they refund my order completley (other than the shipping)? What if I used the pallete a little bit, can I still return it and get a full refund? And is it a refund or store credit?
When I created an account online with my email address it asked me if I wanted to sign up for beauty insider so maybe they got my email address wrong? I've had this card for awhile and just now created an account online so is there any way to check? I would go back to the store and ask, but unfortunately I don't live that close to the closest Sephora store.
Are these gifts (the ones I can redeem my points for) full size items or just sample size? I see some expensive items listed sometimes and had wondered if the full size is being offered, I'm probably wrong and wanted to find out the scoop.
after 2 unsuccessful authorizations on the same order I don't know what else to do -- contacted Sephora twice and was told by the 2 BAs that I talked to that they will contact me within 24 hours.....still no call and the latest call was Thursday night EST. I have never had a problem like this with Sephora and am disappointed in the fact that they cannot find what is wrong.
I have a Nars Sheer Glow Foundation that I have had for about 6 months Now & it's the wrong color for me is it Possible for me to exchange it for the Nars Sheer Matte Foundation even though I no longer have the receipt or the Box it came in ?
I had already made a BeautyTalk profile/account with this Beauty Insider account, but when I came back after logging in, I was asked to make this new one under 'golllden'? My previous one was 'crstzy', and all the messages and whatnot still comes to the email with this account. I'm not quite sure how to go about this.
Hey, I've always been curious but how are free samples selected when they are given out with a purchase at the store? I'm 23 and I often receive the most irrelevant samples (mature skin serum, wrinkle fillers, foundations that would require me to change ethnicities, etc.) and have been since I started shopping Sephora at 17. I have this giant jar filled with useless samples I never, ever use. So yeah, is it random? Whatever is being pushed at the moment? Thanks! Sorilea
Hi! About two weeks ago I spent a good amount of money in the Sephora store. The Sales Rep told me it had changed me to VIB status. However my purchase and my points are not showing up in my account. I was wanting to take part in the sale today but it says its only for VIB today, and my account still isnt showing the change. Thanks.
About a week ago, I bought some stuff (in-store) from Sephora, but the points haven't been added to my account and the items haven't shown up on my purchase history like they usually do. Also, I was already a VIB before, but when I bought the items, the clerk handed me another VIB card, which was a little odd. Is it possible I have split accounts somehow?
What is the return policy? I have a eyeshadow I bought last year like in like march and never used it its sephora brand and it looks brand new....can i still return it? It has the sephora logo in it and the top is a bit faded but it looks brand new! Help! I dont have a recipt either!
I want to purchase a tote bag from Harajuku Lovers, but I don't support companies that test their products on animals. I know Harajuku Lovers is known for it's fragrance, but I can't find a way to contact them and ask them about this. Does anyone know how I can get in touch with them, and if their products are cruelty-free?
