Hello I am inquiring a bout a return I was unaware of the return policy not returning things purchased in the store that it's unable to be returned using online return I included a few things purchased online and also purchased in the store in one return package haven't yet hearing anything back in regards to this return because I was recovering from reconstructive surgery I was trying to make things easier on myself in returning everything along with the receipts in one box
Can you not edit your reviews on the site? I reviewed something that I initially did not love, but after using several times I actually do like. I want to change my review...but i see nowhere that allows me to do that.
I placed an order on January 22, 2015. I received an order conformation yet I have no received a shipping comfirmation. I am a VIB Rouge. Don't all items qualify for free 3 day shipping for VIB Rouge members? Just curious if my items have shipped yet as I need them by a certain date.
So I placed an order around 3am Saturday EST, for the Sephora favorites nude lip kit. Well now it is showing out of stock. Will I still get my order? It shows in the status sent to warehouse.....but has not been shipped. I will be pretty annoyed if my order is cancelled when it was in stock......
I am so disappointed in Sephora for cancelling my orders. I am a VIB ROUGE and I believe there should not be any limits in putting online orders. Today I received emails from Sephora stating that my orders were cancelled for my own security and i checked my order status and it said 'unsuccessful authorization". I emailed them and im yet to receive an answer. I want to know how can i solve this problem or how can i get my money back.
Are there any plans to release a Sephora app for Android phones? I just switched from iphone to Droid, which has been awesome, but I do miss my Sephora app. Made ordering and researching my products very efficient. Thanks!
Why cant store credit be used online ? I dont understand, the money goes to Sephora regardless, and there are so many items that are online only. I know i cant be the only one that hates this, it makes me sooo mad becuase i hate going to store when i can place orders online from home. but then if i ever return something without a receipt i get stuck with store credit that just sits in my wallet forever. is sephora ever gonna change this ??
I recently made a purchase in a Sephora store and used my VIB card, but the purchase hasn't shown up on my VIB account. No points have shown up either. It's been more than a week. On a related note, I made another recent purchase but forgot to bring my VIB card. Is there a way to manually add the purchase onto my account?

I requalified for VIB Rouge through 2017 and a few days ago I got an email saying that I could add the welcome gift to my shopping basket online. Unfortunately the welcome gift doesn't show up when I go to the Rewards Boutique in checkout. How can I fix this?
I recently purchased a perfume and gave them my phone number for the beauty insider points. I went to go check my account and the transaction does not show up, but I know it was added to an account because the cast member told me I had a certain amount of points. Not sure what other account/email my phone number is associated with.
its the third time i post my question on here and I sent couple of emails and my problem hasnt been solved yet. I ordered some stuff from the website on December 16, 2015 and it got cancelled a day or so afterwards. the problem is it is almost a month and i havent gotten my money back yet! I waited for "one billing cycle" to be over and contacted my bank any everything and nothings happened. it is really upsetting and unprofessional.

Hi, I made a purchase in store today, and I used my beauty insider card. I already have 267 points originally, and I purchased $120 worth of products today. But when I checked my account, I only received 18 points. Why is that? It also happened to me before where I purchased an item during the 2x points Sephora Event, I got twice the points originally, but then a few days later, half of the point was substracted to my account. I dont know why that should happen when I kept the product and didnt return my purchase.
