package delivered at 9:15pm?

I just checked the delivery of my sephora package.  Apparently it was delivered to my house at 9:15pm tonight.  When I went downstairs at 10:20pm, it was not there.  I've NEVER had issues with UPS or USPS, but Sephora used a new shipper this time.  I am missing my package!  I filed a police report because it is no where to be seen and the shipping says "delivered at front door".  What do I do now?
