for my last order I didn't receive any tracking number or order update but the email of order confirmation
it's also does not appear in my account at sephora.com, my points was over 100 but now it is gone (now -50)
my order .. my points !! what's the problem
actually I start getting tired because you didn't respond
this is the worst thing that ever happened to me

I would like to mention this order was paid by gift certificates
not from my credit card
the process was complete because the money in the gift certificates deducted
I paid $53.38
so .. if you can help me by checking again and complete my order
because I already paid and the money was deducted
if you can't .. then I want my money back
