misleading promo in order... again

The latest promotion stated 5 samples with an order instead of 3, and my order receipt even shows 5 samples.  I just had my order delivered and they only gave me 3, not a big deal but it's basically baiting orders by promising one thing and then providing something else.  It's not the first time, so I can't say i'm surprised, but this type of behavior is getting to be really appalling.
