customer service... PROMO CODE DOES NOT WORK
I received an email with a 10% off promo code to be used with my next order,however it does not work. I keep getting this message each time I attempt to enter the code at checkout "Must be a registered VIB and purchase merchandise to qualify. Available on US orders only. Promotion can only be redeemed once per client." I am a registered VIB and I have $150 in my shopping cart. Please Help !!!
