hello , i bought over $400 in store on Friday, become a VIB, but not try order online yet, today i wanna buy more through online, but my status not VIB, how can link my VIB card with my account online ?
Every time I try to log in with a password I know is correct, it takes me back to the loin page repeatedly with no message indicating what is wrong. This happened when I tried to check out on my computer thievery time i clicked log in it took me back to my basket. I was able to check out on my phone. What's going on?

how does sephora not pay attention to thier clients. i went to an in store to return a foundation and was not given my full payment. they did not give me my tax money back and asked them why not instead the manager was very rude and just said in passing they is nothing she could do. yes there is give me my full refund. i have been calling sephora nad hoenstly not helpful at all like its like no one cares. we work hard for our money. honestly im hurt because its very unrthical thats like someone stealing money infront of you. i hoenstly cryed.
Hi, I was re qualified for VIB Rouge every year but somehow I never got welcome kit.I did see the Nar Blush for like 3 second online last year but it disappeared when I checked out.I didn't know that I was supposed to get it each year with rouge re-qualification until now but I thought online purchase should have shown it in checkout or store lady given those to me when I purchase items in store all these years? I also never get any email to remind me to redeem the welcome kit either I just found out about welcome kit will be given out when we re qualify for rouge status and it's not only one time thing where I became rouge for the first time after I talked to the representative today. Online representative also tried to help me out but couldn't and asked me to call the store. I called the store and they said they see I am qualified for rouge but doesn't say that they can give out the welcome kit to me somehow and I need to talk to manager for it. I was re qualified for rouge every year , latest was last year August 2016 and in store or online purchase never given me any welcome kit. If I was supposed to get it every year I re-qualify for each year how come I never received it or no one mentioned it to me? My point is 8,000pt was year and this year is 9,000pt. I would greatly appreciate if anyone could look into it to verify the policy and also add me to mailing list for the welcome kit redeem. Many thanks!
Hi, I've been having some issues linking my account on my laptop on the sephora site to my Vib rouge member because the site says that I am only a beauty insider. I went to use the spring discount and it would not let me because it claims I am not a vib rouge. If you could help in any way that would be great
I order some products 2 days ago and my status is still sitting at "In Progress", which I've never had take so long before. One of the items I ordered is also now listed as out of stock, so I am wondering if that is affecting it, and would also like to know when and if my order will be shipped? I'm needing it by Thursday of next week, so I would like to know if I will receive it in time or if I will to drive to another city to purchase something similar (because it's now out of stock) and then drive back again after receiving the order to return the items. I just placed an online order and need to immediately cancel my product due to me buying a different one. I can't call sephora so I sent out an email regarding my order number and etc,but I don't know if my order will still get cancelled. This was such a difficult and terrible first time experience with sephora and I'm hoping that my order does get cancelled and I receive the full amount back in my account. Will my order get cancelled????
I just got my VIB a month ago in the store, and I am so sure I got at least 400+ points in my account. After I linked my account to my online account, all my points disappeared. Now I am holding a VIB card with no points and no order history... That is impossible to have a VIB card and no order history include in-store and online... I called the customer service and asked the store which gave me that VIB card and they couldn't do anything....
I have made two purchases at a Sephora located inside a JC Penney store but neither the transactions or points are showing up in my account. First purchase was over a week ago. Are points not given for purchases at Sephora inside JC Penney stores?
