My account says unsuccessful authorization since sept 30. However, my card was charged. I talked to the call center about this and they said the amount has been refunded. Question is:1. Can I get an email confirmation of order cancellation/refund to show my card company? (since they say no refund has been issued by sephora) 2. Is it safe to re-order now or will I be double-charged?

When I created an account in store last year then tried to sign in online, it somehow created 2 accounts... is there a way I could be able to sign in online with the points I've gotten in store? Please help me because I'm soooo close to becoming a VIB in store but I can't because I can't buy online. Thanks!
I returned an online purchase in-store on Sep. 22 and still didn't receive my refund. I went to the store once this Wednesday, a clerk take my return receipt number, credit card ending number, phone number and email address and said she would help me check the refund status and let me know by email or phone call. But I haven't been contacted by now. I called the customer service and the beauty adviser told me that there was no return record on my account. What should I do? Is the refund transacted?
Hi, I purchased 2 products online that I really regret purchasing. They are both lightly used. I bought them just over 90 days ago. I reviewed the return policy online but can't seem to find out if I have any options for returning them if they are over 90 days old (but less than 4 months ).
Is it possible to track a phone order? I placed one in a store a week ago, and the item showed up in my Purchases list, but I did not receive neither the order or the tracking number for the package. I have chosen standard shipping, and unfortunately it has not arrived yet, so I am wondering whether the nice lady on the phone got my information right, or it is simply still on its way, but I would be much more relaxed if I could see where it is.
I've tried playing the Beauty Shake-Up game twice and both times was given an error message saying something went wrong. Since we're only allowed one play a day I've been unable to try it again. This has happened on two separate devices. I haven't received any codes to my email either. Any idea what might be causing this?
Today I qualified for VIB, in store. I went online and tried signing in with the email address that I had used each time in person for my previous beauty insider purchases, but my account isn't showing any of the points I have accrued. This app isn't compatible with any of my devices. I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 4, Samsung Galaxy S5, S5 mini, HTC One as well as a Google Nexus Tablet. It said android 4.3 and up and yes my devices are all above requirements. Any updates on this app? Would really want to use it instead of loading sephora on my phone browser.
I am VIB Rouge through December of 2016 and I have been so disappointed in Sephora lately that I've been returning items there and purchasing them from other stores. My attitude towards Sephora changed after the epic rewards epic fail. I also placed a complaint on September 17th and received an automatic reply but NO response. I do not feel appreciated as a top customer and will be doing the majority of my beauty shopping elsewhere.

Since the day I become VIB member, all my orders was cancelled. I try many different orders, but still be cancelled. I feel so disappointed when I ask my friend order the same items, same shipping address and her order go through, but mine isn't. Try to find some help but email or calling do not solve my problem
Hi there. So I got the semi sweet chocolate palette with my $50 credit from the epic rewards fiasco. Unfortunately.. its not what I expected. I don't think I have the packing slip anymore. Can I exchange this in store (its on my rouge card history) for store credit? Or an exchange maybe? Preferrably store credit because what I want isn't in stores yet! Pls let me know mods! OMG..... I'm very very very disappointed in Sephora! You can't possibly imagine how furious I am right now. After multiples attempted to place orders and got cancelled and phone calls to rouge line a million times I still got my order cancelled. The last phone call the CS told me as long as I correct all those problems my orders won't be cancelled. So I corrected my shipping address,my billing address and my credit use and I can't really think of any other reason sephora should cancel my orders, but NO, somehow they still cancel my order and I will have to wait until the working hour of the hotline to call and ask AGAIN! for the FIFTH time! Seriously it takes $1000 to requalify for rouge and making a large purchase is violating the terms and conditions for personal use or whatsoever? I didn't order 10 of each product. Sephora website said naked 3 palette is limited to two per person but I don't get to order even the promised quantity of two? Or did the terms and conditions said rouge cant order during sales period, that my $1000 purchase has to be made during non sales period ?I mean if sephora offers 15% off every month I won't have to make large purchase that may, in your terms, violating the terms and condition! I see rouge here requalifying for the rouge status in Feburary and I know many of us are holding back on our purchase becox we are waiting for the chic week. So is Sephora cancelling everyone's order or they just hate me? I'm super disappointed after all the phone calls and amendments and I still have my orders cancelled. No compensation or whatsoever is ever offered after all the trouble I have gone through. It's not my fault Sephora decided not to ship to a forwarding shipping company address (where my frd works and it's a tax free address) despite I actually have successfully placed an order sending to that address before and I have no trouble sending things to that address with other company. And now I have to send the items to another frd's address that means I have to pay tax and extra shipping so I can get the items to the address they were supposed to be sent to. So I respect it's your company's policy but you should have told me when you first cancelled my order instead of saying "it's for my safety since its not a residential address" and when I confirmed its ok over the phone and placed another order to that address, which was cancelled again of course, and call the hotline that I know it's becox you don't ship to that address at all! And the third time is becox the billing address of the credit card doesn't match.For the record I have been using the same credit card information for all my orders in the past year and more than 20 of them had gone through without trouble. I dont know Wht has change but you know Wht makes me mad? I have been using the same credit card when Sephora cancelled my very first order and I have been calling to ask why my order was cancelled and the CS could have told me one of the problem is becox the billing address doesn't match. And when I finally fixed the billing address my orders got cancelled again! And this time is becox my sister is using my credit to pay for her account (she doesnt have one) and it violate the terms and condition! She was using my credit card when the orders are cancelled becox "the billing address doesnt match" but NO, they didn't tell me at that time she can't use my credit card to pay for her account. So basically I got cancelled FIVE rounds, and I had called FOUR times, (the FIFTH time tmr morning), each with DIFFERENT problems, when problem 1,2,3 can be solved in the FIRST phone call, and problem 4 can be solved on a SECOND phone call. I have been trying to place order on 2 April and now, I still got NOTHING but emails of cancellation of orders! And some products are OOS! I think I deserve a really good explanation! So much of being a ROUGE!
HI, its been well over a year since Sephora started international shipping to selected countries, are there are there actually plans to extend the countries you will ship to? I have seen this question posted several times on FB but only ever see a generic reply. Is someone able to advise if this will actually happen and any idea of time-frames, 6 months a year? Other US companies are willing to ship beauty products worldwide - Sephora is missing a huge revenue stream. I am a huge fan and would rather spend my money with Sephora! Many thanks
Hi, my bf's mom got me a fresh lip treatment in coral as gift. It was a sweet gesture but it's really not my color. Would I be able to do a straight exchange for a different color in-store even though I don't have a receipt?
I'm hoping a mod will answer my question.. I'm interested in the Giorgio Armani Fluid Sheers and I noticed that the last and darkest 5 shades are $74 instead of $66. The product size is the same at 1 oz. Am I missing something?
