Tracking says my package was out for delivery and then delivered on the 2nd but it was not received. I checked with my postal carrier and she had not delivered any packages other than those from other senders, which were received. Is it standard to have a package marked as delivered when it was not, and if so how long does it tend to take for actual delivery? Very concerned as this contains some Christmas gifts and is my first Sephora order ever, so I don't know the standard turnaround.
I received the $25 off of $50 letter in the mail but haven't gotten an email with my code. I emailed customer service two days ago but still haven't gotten an answer. I want to get access to it before it expires
Is it true that when I bought $300 worth of GC's that it didn't go towards the amount I've spent during the year to make me top up for VIB status. If this was the case I would have bought something like perfume etc. This sucks. Goodbye VIB status.
I ordered a bunch of stuff a week ago and it says that my item has shipped. I should be expecting the package today, but when I check the tracking it says it is still stuck in another state?! HELP! I needed these items by Friday Should I consider the item lost?

This is regarding my order. I received an email saying that my order shipped but one of my items were out of stock. They also said in the email that I won't be charged for the out of stock item. However this is not the case. I paid for this order with a gift card & when I went to check my gift card balance its zero! Which obviously indicates they have charged me for the item. I would urge someone to look into this and refund the amount for the out of stock product back to my gift card so I can buy something else. Thank you
