Some VIB promotions are available in Canada. Unfortunately, the VIB welcome 10% is only redeemable at our Canadian stores. Currently Sephora.com uses a third party company to process payment and customs for Canada (Borderfree) is unable to accommodate discounts. For that reason, discounts are unable to be redeemed with orders shipping to Canada. I truly apologize for this inconvenience.
