can i return a product bought from a regular sephora to a sephora jcp even if the sephora jcp doesnt carry that brand?

Yes, you can return the item to a Sephora inside JCPenney location even if they don't carry that brand! However, I do recommend contacting the SiJCP store, prior to your visit, for more information regarding returns/exchanges. Thank you 🙂
