beauty insider points

Hello! I made a purchase at sephora today and totally forgot to use my beauty insider card#!!!# what was I thinking!?! Is there any way to get points? Should I go back to store?

PS- never take your kids to sephora. They are too distracting and make you forget to give your beauty insider card. Lol

I'm not sure where to post this, but since we are talking about Beauty Insider points, why not here?

I made a purchase at a JC Penney Sephora on Monday and the cashier told me she found my BI account (I only have an online one), but I was never credited for the points/the purchase isn't showing up in my purchase history. I still have the receipt. Can you help a girl out?
