help i used my $20VIB gift card for an order thats 55USd along with my online credit. i placed the gift card and saw that that the amount was credited but when i placed the order it said the value of the card was less than the needed amount. i checked the the balance and it become 0

Despite turning my emails back on since a month ago I have not receive any emails from Sephora. I have already added Sephora on my safe list and have been checking my junk email folders - and so far nothing. I have yet to receive my 20 off 50 offer. I placed an order on Dec 3 and 2 orders on Dec 4. And the order on Dec 3 hasn't been processed while the other two orders I placed one day after are already shipped. So weeeeeeeeird. I need that before next Wednesday because it's my sister's birthday. D: Have anyone ever had this problem before? This is so weird and frustrating. Arggggg.
I'm a VIB and also have Flash. Usually, any order that I place is shipped within 24 hours and arrives within 48 hours because of the expedited shipping access that I paid for. My recent order is a few days old and still says " Sent to Warehouse". Normally, I wouldn't mind the delay but since I had paid for Flash shipping, I think I deserve more than an "I'm not sure" explanation over the phone. I would really appreciate any help that you can give. Thank you.
I placed an order via the phone since I needed to use multiple gift cards and had the suspense bag listed in my cart when I called. It was read back to me so I know it was there HOWEVER when I look at my order now it is not there and I will not be receiving it. I see the code is still up so it is still available and didn't just sellout like I originally thought. Is there anyway I can still get this sample bag without placing another $25 order since it should have been in my order or is it too late? Thank you for your help.

Hello, so i tried to make a purchase of $75 and more to qualify for free shipping and as one of the MOD stated in another thread, as long as the subtotal is over $75 you can apply the $20 VIB gift card and still quality for free shipping. However at the checkout stage it still charges me $7.95 shipping fee. Please help clarify, I tried to call but the line was always busy. Thanks. Kelly
I have been a VIB Rouge for a while now as I do a lot of shopping at Sephora stores. I have a Sephora account but it shows me as being a Beauty Insider. How do I fix it? I would like to take advantage of VIB rouge benefits.
Did not receive my $20 GC. Called and asked to speak w/ a supervisor because even though I'm a VIB I never receive any of the promotions. Was told by customer service rep Amanda M. (she told me she has the longest last name there so would only give me an initial) that there were no supervisors I could talk too, but she'd be happy to help. I explained that every time there is a VIB event I never receive an email or mailer, and that I had to call each time to get some sort of resolution. Why should I have to work ten times harder than other VIBs in order to get the same perks??? For last months 20% event I had to call customer service twice, with no resolution as they could not figure out why I was showing as a VIB, but my email and member number was not reflecting that status. They told me it would be resolved, it wasn't, ended up having to go to the store w/ a friend who was a VIB merely to be told that since she was using her VIB promo, I couldn't get a tote, or free gift boxes since she had already claimed hers and it was a one tote policy. And this time around, Amanda reaffirmed that my account showed VIB status but my email and member number still did not reflect that. She stated she can't give me a code for the $20 gift card, but that I could order with her on the phone now, or CALL AGAIN when I was ready to place an order. SO NO RESOLUTION TO MY PROBLEM, I JUST HAVE TO CONTINUALLY CALL BACK every time? how fair it is that I have to keep wasting my time to enjoy perks that I EARNED Just the same as everybody else?
