I signed up for an account online a few months ago, and made my first Sephora purchase over the weekend. The cashier helped me sign up for it, but when I check my online account it says I have 0 points? I may just be missing something, because this is new to me, but I just thought I'd ask! Is there a way to link my card to my online account?

I had an older Beauty Insider card, but I was upgraded to VIB a couple months ago. Neither the original Beauty Insider card nor the VIB card are connected with my online account at the moment, and I wanted to fix this if I could.

Hi, I was wondering, if I return 1 item from the original order which was over $50 (free shipping; multiple items), will I be charged any shipping fees? I know the handling and return shipping is free (if you use a label), but can someone elaborate on returning items which originally had a free shipping..
I placed an order a few days ago and according to the tracking information, after it was shipped out, it was returned to sender. There was no reason provided as to why this happened. I considered redoing my order online, but when entering in the same VIB promo code, I got this message: "Sorry, the promotion is no longer valid since you have already redeemed with a previous order." That doesn't seem right to me. I'm already a bit upset that the order was sent back in the first place, which I understand may be a problem with Canada Post and not Sephora, but I haven't actually redeemed the code since my order was cancelled. I don't want to miss out on the promo code. What options are available?
I purchased a brush at a Sephora store in Las Vegas this year (I don't remember exactly when). I only used it twice, and I really, really, really hated it. I want to return it, but I obviously don't have the receipt. Can I still return it? And also, do I have to return it at the store I purchased it?y
Hi, I bought something from Sephora but I wasn't asked if I was a beauty insider at the time so I completely forgot to show my card for the points. Is there anyway I can get my points? I asked in store but was told I had to do it online but not sure how. Also the product that I bought was supposed to be a double point item due to it being a skincare product for the month of January.

I recently made an online order to the UK and all the products were great; however, I forgot that I had included the free birthday gift option in the order but never received it. I wanted to compliment Tara at the West Edmonton Mall location, I was shopping for quite a few things that day (new naked smoky palette, skin care. brushes etc) and by the time I got to the perfume section at the back of the store I had just about had it with a few other of the sales people that either weren't listening to what I wanted or didn't understand. I asked one sales person for a matte bronzer in a lighter shade as I am very pale and she brought me to the self tanners to give you an example of the service I was getting. Anyway, I got to the back of the store, and I had a few scents in mind, Tara asked me politely if I needed help, I asked her for 3 different scents and she immediately took me to each one, she knew exactly where they were. I sniffed and hmmm'd and haaa'd for a decent amount of time and she asked if she could suggest one or two that I may like. I said yes and she hit it out of the park. I ended up buying 2 scents, and without me asking she took the other 3 scents I was interested in and made me small samples so I could see if I liked them on me after a few hours. She was very knowledgeable, quick, not pushy and seemed to genuinely want to give me what I was looking for. She even took a few moments to help my husband with some colognes and he ended up grabbing one as well that he most likely would have never picked up before. Thank you Tara, You made my experience that day so much better....oh, and if you get to read this; although I did not hit my Rouge status that day, I did it hit it 2 days later, so my husband was right and won the bet
