So this is the first issue I've ever had with online purchasing. Recently sephora opened a new warehouse in canada....it is the first online order for me I'll be receiving from here. I stalked the website all day on Thursday (fiasco) for the new becca release of champagne pop. I was able to finally purchase and complete my order around 4:30est. Normally I would receive an email right away but there was about an hour delay receiving my order confirmation...which doesn't bother me. My concern now is I still have yet to receive an email saying my order has been received or processed. The order status is sitting in "sent to warehouse". Which again,... ok I'm sure all warehouses are rammed with all the champagne pop orders... Also, my credit card only shows a pending charge when usually it is automatically right away....I'm worried my order is on the verge of being cancelled? I'll be so angry. Considering all the trouble I went through with the miscommunication for canadians to purchase this le in the first place. I'm really unhappy with Sephora in general lately. It's not a smooth of experience as it used to be. Anyone else that hasn't received a order has been processed email yet? So much for the 'faster" shipping to go along with the new warehouse.

I used to buy all my LORAC items from Sephora but then suddenly it got discountinued. Why did Sephora stop selling this brand is beyond me and i'm sure many die hard fans out there are wondering the same I really don't want to give my business else where as i do all my beauty shopping at Sephora since it is the only store that carry many unique brands from both skincare and makeup. I'm just so sad that i can't buy LORAC there anymore, and i know the rest of beauty addicts out there understands how fraustrating it is to find it in Canada! LOL Buying it online from Nordstrom and shipping from the states is just too costly. I really hope Sephora would start selling LORAC again in the near future...or at least make it available online for us.

Hi, yesterday I contact you on your facebook about a missing item in my recent purchase. I was told I will get a gift card, but I will no longer able to purchase online. This really shock me!!! I know I made several orders during this 15% off promotion period, but that is because you only permitted to use up to 2 gift cards while my boyfriends sent me a lot of gift cards as gift but they're all in $100 amount. But I need to bought a lot for my friends, for my parents and I do not want to use money from my pocket. I really do not care about the free samples. If you think I get a lot, I can return them to you!!! Also, because I usually spent more than $1,000 on sephora, I sometimes return items because they are not suitable for me, because I found better price at other places. But I do not return every week!!! I only contact the customer service about three times, that is because I returned by mail about after about 3 months, I still didn't get my refund. And two times about the missing package or missing item, all of these are out of my control!!! Now I can't order online, which is unreasonable for me! The store is really far away from my home and I have no car to go there very often!!!

Im VIB Rouge since last year but from the beginning of 2014 all sephora emails state my status as VIB ,I contacted FB team many times and every time I was told that request is send to IT team for correction but it never changed I always find about rouge promotional codes on BT when either the code has been expired or I had already placed an order....Isn't it funny that I don't get advantage of Rouge only perks even a single time...Can I expect it to be fixed any time soon or you'll also give me a false promise???
I just noticed that Sephora is listed as an exhibitor at TMS NYC 2014. Can you tell me what kinds of products you will have there? Will it be many different brands or will it be primarily the Sephora brand? Will you have cosmetics, skincare, and tools/brushes? Hi there, I just got my palette in the mail and am quite disappointed. I opened the box and before even opening the palette up already saw some loose powder around it, when i opened it fully i saw that a couple of the pans are basically half way popped out, the gels appear to have a very weird almost frozen bubbly consistency and overall looks like the palette was either used or damaged upon delivery. I did swatch a couple just to see if i like the quality, other than that the damage is pretty apparent, i think, in the photos. Was wondering what can be done in a situation like this.
So I noticed that many of the Guerlain products are no longer available at Sephora. Also the new collection is missing (only a couple items are available) Too bad I will have to buy them elsewhere. I really wanted to buy compact meteorites.
