My beauty insider status changed from VIB to Rouge during the last week of November. I received a VIB reward card via email, which I am fine with, as I did not meet the Nov 14th cut-off for rouge reward. My problem is that the system is not allowing me to use the VIB reward promo because my status is rouge now. I get the following error: Must be VIB and purchase a minimum of $50 of merchandise to qualify. One-time use only. Only available for Canadian clients. Can someone please help? Thank you!
hi, so right now I have vib status until 12/2017 but I'm pretty close to reaching vib rouge status. my question is, once I reach vib rouge will it update so that I have it until 12/2018 or will it remain the same length as my current status?

Like everyone else, I have not received my loyalty reward by email. Ive been a member for awhile now and I am frustrated that I haven't been able to use my discount. I have checked junk and spam folders in my email as well. Can you please assist? Thank you.
I've been a member for years now, but I didn't get the Beauty Insider's $15 off $50 code this year or the last. Not sure why, because I still do receive emails from sephora once in a while. Really would love to get that code this year!
Has anyone else recently had this issue? This has happened to me twice now... Anytime I go to order something online on Sephora.com (my billing and shipping address is different so I did NOT click the button that says "My billing and shipping is the same address") but it STILL ran through as if they were the same, causing an error. I looked it over and I was correct the first time, so did it again. They charged my card twice now.. The order was over 100.00 and now I'm in the negative with an overdraft fee. I am not happy, this keeps happening. After I receive my payment back, and at least 35.00 for my overdraft fee, I am never shopping at Sephora again. I will be going to Ultra. This has ruined me being able to get my mother her Christmas present this year. Thanks Sephora, for ruining my Christmas!
