Hi, I think i may have 2 beauty insider's account. My online account does not show my recent purchase, other then my online purchase. I"ve recently purchased something at the sephora store, using my VIB card. The points on my VIB card does not match that stated on my account online. Please advise.
Hi, so yesterday I went to sephora and bought some items. I thought I used my beauty insider card but the cashier was very flustered about something and asked for my email instead, I should have mad vib yesterday! I only realized after I left that I didn't get anything for being vib or even get told that I moved up. I checked my account today and the purchases and points aren't there! Someone please help! I still have the recipt and everything
I recently decided to log in on my account again and none of my purchases have been stored in my beauty bag. I have definitely made several purchases and have been a beauty inside for more than 3 years. Also, a year ago, Sephora was having a bonus points event where if you bought a skincare product or spent over a certain about (75 i think), you would get either 100 or 150 bonus points. Those were never added to my account and I bought the ole henriksen kit for my mom Is there any way to make sure that my beauty insider card is linked to my account? I cannot see any history of my purchases. Thank you!
When I go to check my order status on the sephora website, it gives me a tracking number that does not work on the UPS site it links to. I need the item on a specific date so this is a little disconcerting!!!! Please help...
I ordered stuff from sephora September 9th, Nail polish being one of the items so it had to ship ground. The USPS tacking number does not work and now its September 17th and still no package WTH! Should i call sephora? or just keep waiting or what? I WANT my package it was some pretty spendy stuff too! So frustrated anyone else ever have this problem with USPS?

So I recently made 2 trips to Sephora. None of my purchases are showing up and my points are not updating. At the end of my second trip, I was informed I was officially a VIB. I am trying to figure out how to link my account to my beauty insider. I would really like to sort this out before making another purchase.
I placed an order this morning (from Canada) and received incorrect amount of points. I was also charged in excess of 13% Ontario sales tax, so could I also receive a breakdown of the 'taxes and duties' charge? thanks
I received my card about a year ago in stores and have accumulated points on it. I was going to make a purchase in store today and wanted to know my point balance. When trying to log on I was told the account could not be found with my email, so I signed up thinking it would link the BI card I have to my email. However, it did not. I now have 2 BI account numbers, when I would like to just have the one that I have accumulated points on.
I have entered my email several times for the out of stock Givenchy Sculpting Mask. I just received the email yesterday and the product is already out of stock in less than a day. I wish there was some way that a customer (Rouge level) could preorder and have it sent when it comes back in stock. No offense, but how many does the company order that it sells out in less than day? If it's that popular, there should be more ordered.
I purchased an order online, and it said i had zero points (now 70) and that i have a Beauty Insider - but i actually have a VIB Card - is it different for online/instore purchases? if not, how do i update my online account to show that i have a VIB Card
I received my Beauty Insider card in a Sephora store last week and have since made several purchases on it. I want to link up that card with this new online account so that my previous purchases are counted. I'm fairly certain that this email for my online account is the same as the one I provided in store, but there is a chance that the cashier misspelled it (it's pretty long!). Please help!
I tried to get help over the phone, and they messed up my email address a bunch of times which is why I think I never got an email. Then today I tried to get help in store, but I was out all day and didn't get home fast enough to get on my email, and click the link that the sales associate sent. So now I'm trying again HAHA.. Please please help. :]
Hi, I recently (about 2 weeks ago) ordered the "Ole La La Glow From Head To Toe Blockbuster Set" by Ole Henriksen. There are quite a number of items in the set so I didn't check all of them right away. Today I took out the "Truth is in the Eyes" tube and realized that it is leaking from the bottom of the tube - pretty unusual! And it left a spot on the cardboard box where it was glued to also (please see photos), which I thought was just the glue before. I realized that I could return the whole set, but the set is now sold out so I don't think I can repurchase it (all the other items in the box are fine). Is there a way I can get an exchange for just the "Truth Is In The Eyes Vitamin C Peel Concentrate"? Thanks!
