I placed a order a while ago with an international shipping compony, they gave me an address in the US and i ship it there and it was fine, now i changed the compony to MyUS and Sephora told me, we are unable to ship to addresses associated to multiple people. the problem is my address is not associated to multiple people, i have a different Suit number, is that also considered as associated to multiple people?
Hi, Recently I've purchased and I used the promo code of blitz to try glowing set no.2. The reason I want to try this set is because I want to try out the Algenist cream which included in the bag. Few days after when I want to try the cream, then I found out this deluxe sample was missing from the bag! So disappointed
Sephora has authorized a double charge on at least my past 4 orders. Only one clears, usually after my order has already arrived, but during that time (up to a week) I am short that additional amount and overdrafted my account. It is a consistent problem. I would like an explanation of why this continues to happen. I can not afford to shop at a store that puts a hold for double what I paid.

In the past when I've written reviews, I remember there being a pull down menu that would let you select if you are a VIB, VIB Rouge, etc. However, it's no longer there. Under the "about you" section, it just lists my location and nothing else. And, when my review posts, I'm not listed as Rouge or even a BI. There's just nothing. I've spent a lot of money to become a Rouge! LOL I'd like the credit. Help! Thanks!
I recently got qualified as a VIB and i got the welcoming gift along with my online purchase, but why doesn't it show on my online account? I also have found my old Beauty Insider card, and i was wondering if it is possible for me to combine my old account points with my new account points?
I made a purchase recently and the salesperson didn't scan my card. I still have my receipt.. is there any way I can get my points? I made the purchase with a gift card, but assume I should still be able get points for it. Any help would be great. Thanks, Gisela
I was doing some Christmas shopping so I decided to stop by Sephora, there I bought about $175 worth of makeup/palettes. The sales associate woman gave me a Sephora Beauty Insider card and told me 175 points would be added to my card. Later that day I went back to Sephora and I spent another $65, the sales associate slid my card and told me another 65 points would be added to my card. So now I go on Sephora.com and access the account with the E-mail I put the card under and it says I have 0 points. This confuses me because I was told the points would be added and disappointed because I was told the more points accumulated the nicer the rewards/perks, and chances are I'm not gonna be spending another $200+ at Sephora in one day anytime soon. So can anyone please explain to me what's going on? I'd appreciate any answers.

I have a beauty insider card that I always use when I shop in the store, but recently I bought some things online and I realized the points from the card do not show up on my online account. I used the same email for both so I don't understand why the points don't show up, but is there a way to combine them? Can I do it myself? Thanks!
I placed an order online and 5 minutes later called to cancel it. The lady said that she cancelled it and I received an email verifying that it was cancelled but my account was still charged. I called back and that person said it would take 3 weeks to credit my account but he didn't sound very sure. What is going on here????
Hi, I ordered some stuff on December 6, but the order was suddenly cancelled and its status was Unsuccessful Authorization. I payed with my credit card and it's still charged... when do it drop from my account? I tried to place and order but it says, The credit card visa could not be authorized for payment: An attempt to process non preapproved card with empty CVN number . i don't understand what is the problem, my credit is not empty.

On Sunday I made a purchase at my local Sephora inside JCPenney and I used a coupon I got in my email so I assumed they typed in my email like it said for them to do on the coupon but I still haven't received my points and am starting to think they didn't put my email in.
