Hello, My fiancée purchased perfume for me, but didn’t know to add my
number for the points. He lost the receipt, but is it possible to track
the purchase if I know the store and last 4 digits of card used?

Wrong samples
I just got my order and received 2 samples that are incorrect. I was
looking forward to try them and if they didn’t have the samples in stock
why would you offer them in the website if they’re not available?

Package not received!!
Hi! My package was just listed as delivered. I was here during the
supposed delivery and would have received notification that someone
entered my gated complex. I received no such notification and the
