i bought the narciso rodriguez essence perfume may 10th and during that time it was triple the points, on the email it says bonus points will be added to my account by june 21st, but it doesnt even show that i bought the perfume altogether. will the whole thing show up on my account or just the bonus points? thanks i hope its not too confusing and im making sence
I signed up in store with an old email address, I have since changed my email therefore my points do not show up online, but the last time I was in store, I had 498 points, so I would like to have my points show up online, especially I have been upgraded to VIB status. Thank you,
Quick dumb question: If I placed an order online on May 18th, will it count for the triple fragrance points if it doesn't ship until after the promotion is over? In other words, do you go by the order date or the shipping date? I waited until the Sun Safety Kit came out to complete my order, which included a rollerball. So glad it came out at the last minute. Hi I've literally spent over 2 hours trying to get my order to go through. I'm getting some random error and having issues with the website (just sephora, everything else works fine). I know for a fact that the multiple error messages I keep getting are wrong, and I've double, triple checked everything just in case. So pissed off, was trying to put in a large order for the end of the triple points fragrance event. Is there a staff member online that can help? Thanks!!
If I make a lot of orders, let's say 50, but I pay for all of them separately in different orders, do you guys bunch up all of the products in one box together or do you keep the orders separate? I would like for them to be bunched up in one box if that's possible, but I like to buy each product separately for my own reasons. Thanks!

Hi, I reached VIB status a while ago, and got the first emails saying I would get elevated benefits. But I haven't been getting any, or seeing any offers. I'm not getting any VIB emails, even though I'm subscribed to them (and have added firstname.lastname@example.org to my address book). I also have been receiving very few emails from sephora (beauty insider, general promotions, news, etc).
After placed my order I immediately got a confirmation email form sephora and my bank account balance changed. But today I check my bank account again, I realize that the process to transfer money to sephora was disappeared. So I login to my account in sephora to check my order status, and I found out that my order status is Unsuccessful Authorization. Dose it mean my order is canceled? I don't mind if it was canceled because I would like to may a change in my order anyway. I just want to hear some answer form sephora to make sure that it is completely canceled. It was the first time I shop online with sephora so Please help, thanks.
I just wanted to pass along some major kudos about the amazing new Sephora in a nearby mall. I'd name it publicly, but I'd rather not disclose my location. They were using the tag "beauty moves forward"- and it really did! If this is the new standard, Sephora has raised the bar again. I could've stayed and gawked for hours but didn't want to test my resolve too much. Bravo!

I recently got my online account and card account combined, but I don't think one of them is correct. My entire shopping list was deleted and there are also items in my purchase history that I never bought. Please advise what I can do to get everything back to normal with the two accounts combined.
