Wrong/lost account

Hi, after the site had switched over to the new site it seems to have lost one of my accounts. I had accidently created 2 accounts before the new site and now when I log onto both emails it only logs onto one account. The account that was lost had over 1000 points and was VIB status and I don't want all that information to be lost. Can someone help me out with this?

Thanks for reporting this, Miranda! It will be better to combine the accounts so going forward you log in to only one where all your points and purchase history is stored. Smiley Happy Glad Diana is taking care of this for you.
