Wrong Email Linked to VIB

Ive noticed they linked the wrong email with my beauty insider card, i have no point when i long online but in store I'm told i have a couple hundred. I know i should have qualified for VIB but have never heard about it, or a gift for becoming VIB.
Is there any way to fix this online?
