Why won't my tracking number work?

The same thing happened to me as well. I put my order in a week ago. When this happened, I called and spoke to a Sephora customer service rep on the phone but she kept telling me to try the tracking number on the USPS website. I tried telling her that I did but it didn't work. Would you be able to help me please?
