When do these sunscreens expire?

I was going through my sun safety kit from last year, and I notice my Clarins UV Plus and Shiseido Ultimate Sun Protection don't have expiration dates on them, just little codes on the end crimp. The Shisedo says 5273DG, and the Clarins says 0511795. How can I tell when these expire?

There are websites you can type the numbers in, and It will tell you when they were made. Just type shiseido sunscreen and the number (or whatever) into google and you can get an idea of how old they are.

Hi Polarbabe, Typically sunscreens expire within three years.  I would recommend reaching out to the brands directly to confirm.
