When I went to the store, I have beauty insider points. But when I checked my online account, it says 0 points. Any help please?

The last time I went to Sephora, I bought a couple of products and used my beauty insider card. The cashier checked my points and she says that I have enough to avail some samples. But when I checked my beauty insider account online, it says that I have zero points
