How long does it normally take in order for the VIB status to kick in?

I read online that its $350 but I one of the ladies at Sephora says it varies from $350-500 from store to store policies. It took about 2 weeks for mine to kick in.

Beauty Insiders become eligible for V.I.B. status by spending $350 within a calendar year (Jan-Dec). V.I.B. Status kicks in within a couple weeks after the qualifying purchase is made.

I went over 350 points over a month ago and I still haven't gotten my invite

I really really really want my invite!!!  Please tell me what I need to do to get this situated.

Why isn't my profile showing VIB? I am VIB for sure, I get the VIB email and the email a few weeks back about getting the chloe gift with purchase.

Yes, the amount to become a VIB has been lowered. You now have to spend only $350 within a year to reach VIB status. It starts automatically, although it may take a few days for you to recieve the welcome e-mail. If you reach VIB status while shopping in a store, the sales associate should give you a VIB welcome kit then.

I'm not sure...I think that once you spend $500 in a year you automatically get VIB. But I dont know if it expires every year or what...

It is once you hit $350 in purchases in on year and it carries out to next year...

On the VIB page, it says you have to spend 350.

Really? Guess they lowered it. I'm pretty sure I was told by a sales woman at Sephora its $500...but that was years ago.

Yep.  I'm still wondering though how long it takes for it to kick in.  I have spent $350 and so far, there is nothing.
