Hi, I have just reached VIB status, but I have not received any emails or the welcome voucher. I'm not able to access the vib board too. Please help!!

It takes about 2 weeks after you have qualified for VIB status to receive your VIB Welcome Kit. I will send you a message to help. Thanks!
