VIB status not working when I try to us a code

When I try to use a VIB only code.  It says "must be a VIB and purchase $25 Mdse. etc.".  I am a VIB, just used a code a few days ago and now it's acting like I'm not a VIB.  Can't get it to accept any of my VIB only codes, even though my VIB status is showing on my account.
