I believe that I qualified for VIB a while ago. I was hoping to be able to take advantage of the 15% off instore coupon, but I didn't receive one and can't access the link I've found in other conversations here. Can I still get the coupon?
Upon further investigation, I'm not sure that there is a BI account associated with my email address at all, which is strange...I definitely do have a card! Help! Thanks.
