Hi, Do VIB still get welcome kit if they spent $350? I reached VIB status while shopping in a store, like 2 days ago.. but the sales associate didnt give me a welcome kit. Also, I did not receive the welcome email and the 10% coupon.. usually how long does it take for the welcome email and the 10% off coupon? Thanks!!

The VIB welcome kit is just a paper version of the VIB welcome email that you recieved. We currently don't offer a free product with the VIB welcome email or kit. Hope that helps in answering your question .
