VIB 10% off code not working
I recently re-qualified for VIB this year, and was given another welcome kit, which included a 10% off coupon code. I tried using it today and it won't work -- it says "Sorry, the promotion is no longer valid since you have already redeemed with a previous order." I did get a code (maybe this same one) when I first became a VIB, but why would they give me the same code when I re-qualified if I can't use it? Is there any way to fix this? I was really hoping to use this 10% code for a big purchase online.

Sometimes accounts don't get re-set when they re-qualify for VIB, and therefore the VIB codes don't work. The only way around it is for you call to place your order over the phone, and we can make sure that your discount is applied to your order properly. -Laura
