Unsuccessful authorization

Hi, I just order some stuff a couple of days ago and I have received a confirmation and when I came back and check it was written unsuccessful authorization. I'm not sure what that means, could anyone help me please I really need these stuff soon cuz i'm traveling next week. Please help Thanks ,,

Hi Ashwag,

 

I suggest calling our Client Services Department at 1-877-SEPHORA for further clarification on the issue.  They will be able to explain why it may have happened, as well as assist you in placing your new order for you to make sure you get it before you leave next week.
