Unsuccessful Authorization

Hi I am currently having issues with placing orders. The system keeps telling me that the order is cancelled due to security reason. And my two orders (they are the same; I tried two different credit card) have the same status as 'Unsuccessful Authorization'. What shall I do? I cannot cancel it. Shall I re-order? But I tried re-order and it didn't work either. Please advise soon.

i have the same problem with placing an order with unsuccessful authorization. i called in a week ago and the customer rep told me my account was locked due to placing too many orders and will be fine after 24 hrs. but now it's been a week it's still the same. please help!!
