Unsuccessful Authorization. Please help!!

I placed 2 orders a couple day ago, and I have received 2 confirmations, but when I came back and check it was written unsuccessful authorization on one of them, but the other one has been shipped. My credit card has been charged for both of orders. What should I do now? Please help!!!

For the order that was unsuccessful, the funds that were held at the time of pre-authorization will be released back into your account.  You are only charge when the order ships from our distribution center.  For more information regarding your orders, please contact us at 1-877-SEPHORA and one of our Beauty Advisors would be happy to help you further.  Thanks!

After calling Sephora CS, they helped me to place this order again. Then I check back a couple day later, with the new order was written Unsuccessful Authorization as same as the old one. I still not happy with this.
