Unsuccessful Authorization - Please Help!

Hello! I have placed an order on June 19 and didn't receive any emails that payment didn't go thru. I checked my account and there is a message of "Unsuccessful Authorization". Will you please help? I am sending this to my sister in Canada and she is moving to Brazil and I need this to be delivered by July 8th.
