Unable to change color selection on product page

Sorry if this has been discussed but I couldn't find an answer.  I can't select different color options on product pages.  I just tried on the Jack Black lip balm page and the only option I can successfully select is 'Original'  also on the Buxom Big and Healthy Lip Polish page I cannot make any selection besides 'Dolly', if I click another color selection it always goes back to Dolly.

 

Halp!  Is it because everything else is sold out?  If so please change it!  

 

If not please fix it!  You must be losing business over this issue.

I'm having the same problem, it's not just you. I've used my windows, my bf's mac and different browers all of which are up to date and i have cleared cache, history, etc on all and I still can't make a selection. My problem was with the UD eyeshadows and a perfume.

 

I had a gift card I was hoping to use but now I don't think I will because I don't have a sephora close enough to me and I'm honestly pretty mad.

 

They are losing customers over this, I am a VIB. I know they are trying to make a new fancy website and al but ever since they did I've just been having problems. Im assured it's a problem on their end and it should be fixed.  You would think a company like this would care more about their customers but this past year i've honestly just been more and more dissapointed with their service.

So sorry about that luluchan. We do care VERY much about our customers but unfortunately did come across some unforseen issues that were not preventable. Our IT department is working  hard on solving all these issues and we have continuous updates coming along.

 

You can always call us if you need help placing an order or finding a specific color swatch in the meantime as sometimes the coloring swatches can take a moment to re-load on different web browsers. Thanks so much for your patience everyone!

Hi Tracy782.  It should change to the correct color once you click the swatch.  If you are clicking the different swatches and the color remains the same, you might want to try a different browser or clearing your cookies/cache.

I cleared my cache and it's still happening.

I will  clear my cache.   I am clicking the swatches and most of the time they won't change.  Thanks :smileyhappy:
