UNSUCCESSFUL AUTHORIZATION

Hi, i have just ordered some items in sephora.com. However, i have received an email which state that the order is unsuccessful authorization because you were unable to confirm the payment. I have no idea why you cannot confirm and receive the payment? Since i have never face this case before. Thank you.
