Trying to make a Sephora purchase online

Every time I try to make a sephora purchase online, this error screen shows up. I am just wondering if I am the only one who has this occur while trying to check out. Its very frustrating because sometimes I try refreshing multiple times and this error page still shows up. 

Details: I am using a Mac Book 

Using Chrome

If anyone has any suggestions I would greatly appreciate it !
