Trouble linking my VIB card to my old BI account
I need to link my new VIB card to my BI account, I've sent an email to your customer service department about a month ago providing my personal info but they got it wrong, and my account number is still the old one
Also I made a purchase last April 11th on your Otay Ranch, Chula Vista store. And the points hadn't been applied to my account due to this confusion.
Can someone help me?
